Delivery

Every order ships free and tracked, worldwide. The tracking number arrives by email when the parcel leaves. Delivery time depends on the destination and is shown at checkout.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery. The watch has to be unworn and come back in its box. Write to support@storeyuko.com and we send the instructions.

Warranty

Two years against movement and manufacturing defects, from the delivery date. It covers the movement, the case and the bracelet fittings. It does not cover accidental damage, water beyond the rated resistance, or normal wear to the strap and the case finish.

Water resistance

Read the rating on the product page. At 3 ATM, rain and a hand wash are fine, swimming is not. At 10 ATM you can swim. Neither rating covers a hot shower, because heat is what breaks the seals, not depth.

Bracelet size

The steel bracelet has removable links. Any watchmaker adjusts it in a few minutes, and most do it free when you ask at the counter.

Automatic or quartz

An automatic runs off the movement of your wrist and needs no battery. Leave it off for two days and it stops, then you set it again. A quartz keeps time on a battery for years and asks nothing of you. Neither is better, they suit different weeks.
